Combine with the modern technology, water, soybean, salt and wheat flour are combining organically under the catalysis of sunshine and time, with the high grade caramel and mushroom extractive, it has special mushroom flavour and golden colour coating effect, also rich in bean aroma, suitable for coloring, frying kway teow, noodle and rice vermicelli.
